FORMER MOHIGAN, SPIKER NEW HEAD MAN AT ARMY

Former Mohigan point guard (1995), Zach Spiker was named over the weekend to be the next head basketball coach at Army. Zach makes the first Mohigan basketball player to be a head coach at the Division I level after spending several years as an assistant at WVU, Winthrop (where Taylor Dunn is playing) and at Cornell. “Zach will do a fantastic job,” said Coach Hoffman. “I still remember him as one of the hardest workers we have had around here in a long time. We are very proud of him.” Spiker, his wife and son are in the process of making the move from Ithaca to West Point New York.
